I am a 500 RYT . I have been teaching yoga for over three years, and am delighted to have recently completed a more advanced training. I have trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation.
I am fascinated by the Yoga tradition and honour its ancient Indian roots, and the sages that have passed on their wisdom.

Why Yoga?
I am convinced that the practice of real yoga is the best thing we can do for our bodies and minds. I am a keen believer in the importance of research and am thrilled that so many recent, rigorous research studies can support what the yogis knew all along. Yoga really does make us better.
